Ground Beef Box

This isn’t grocery store ground beef, it’s premium, pasture-raised Hi Brau beef in its most versatile form. Burgers, tacos, spaghetti, meatballs, you name it. Whatever’s on the menu, this takes it up a notch.

Our ground beef is ~80/20, butcher-blended from a single animal with no added junk. That means real flavor from real muscle, not mystery fat from who-knows-where.

Raised on pasture, live-aged 24+ months, dry-aged two weeks, then ground and packed in 1 lb vacuum-sealed portions, flash-frozen for freshness.
