Our ground beef is ~80/20, butcher-blended from a single animal with no added junk. That means real flavor from real muscle, not mystery fat from who-knows-where.
Raised on pasture, live-aged 24+ months, dry-aged two weeks, then ground and packed in 1 lb vacuum-sealed portions or "chubs," flash-frozen for freshness.
