Dino Rib - Single

No actual dinosaurs were harmed, but our Dino Rib Singles are cut big in their honor. These are single ribs, complete with meat and fat like our Dino Rib Plates. Each Rib is cut six to ten inches long and usually weighs one to two pounds each, though you can choose your weight below.

Perfect for a long, slow cook, these ribs render down into rich, juicy, fall-off-the-bone flavor bombs. These cook considerably quicker than our Dino and English Ribs. More forgiving than Brisket, but just as impressive. Fair warning: they’re fatty, as ribs should be. If that’s not your thing, check out our Tri-Tip instead.

Dry-aged for two weeks, packaged one per pack, flash-frozen for freshness. Because of the bone, the vacuum seal may be loose so some air and a little ice is normal.
