Cubed Pork

Cubed Pork is tenderized with a machine that basically pokes a lot of little holes in it. The result? Our pork is already tender, but this takes it to another level. Great for quick meals, pork nuggets, or fried pork steaks. This is cut from the ham, so it's a high quality, uniform cut that we make even better. 

These are cut about 3/4 inches thick for quick cooking, vacuum sealed for optimal freshness, and flash frozen to lock in that fresh taste. Packs weigh around one pound each, and contain two or three pieces of pork.
