Pork Loin Roast is where Pork Chops are cut from. It's the same as the relation between a Strip Loin and NY Strips in the beef world. 

This is the whole loin, ready for you to slice to your desired thickness or to cook whole for a feast. Pork Loins are quite large, so this is a great crowd pleaser and requires a large grill.
