Eighth Bulk Share - NEW BREED

We've been working on something pretty exciting behind the scenes for about five years: developing a new breed of cattle with one goal in mind; raising beef with nutrition at the forefront, superior marbling, and grass fed, without sacrificing the flavor and quality you expect from Hi Bräu.

We're still in the early stages, with nutritional testing and research on the horizon, but our very first steer is officially back from the butcher. And before we take this project any further, we want to know what YOU think.

ABOUT THE BREED: We're developing this specifically for a health conscious customer who still wants premium quality. The idea is to naturally increase Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratios while increasing other healthy fats. We've done this by incorporating Wagyu genetics (yes, this is part Wagyu!) for marbling and healthy intramuscular fats, grass finishing for superior fatty acid profiles, and a small amount of flax based feed that we mix on the farm to try to push this even further. Finally, we raise these animals for a minimum of thirty months. This is combining years of knowledge and experience into one breed. The result we're aiming for is the healthiest beef in the world, raised naturally, that tastes great.

For this first release, we're offering just eight 1/8 beef shares at a reduced introductory price, exclusively to our Hi Bräu community.
