Fajita Strips

Our Beef Fajita Strips are thin-sliced from the lean, uniform Round—about 4" long and ready to hit a hot pan. Perfect for stir fry, stews, or even homemade jerky if you're feeling ambitious. And, of course, they make for some killer fajitas. 

They cook fast, require no trimming, and come in convenient 1 lb packs. Dry-aged for two weeks, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen for peak freshness. No breed selection, either of our on-tap varieties (ANG Grain or SP Grass).
