Beef Kidney might not be a staple at the American dinner table, but around the world, it’s prized as a true delicacy. Lean, nutrient-dense, and packed with rich flavor, it shines as the star of classic dishes like kidney pie or as a bold main course all on its own.

Each pack contains two whole kidneys, weighing approximately 2.0 lbs, then vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to preserve their freshness. Our current selection is our 100% grass fed and grass finished South Poll.
