All beef is not the same and this is our SR Varieties represent our ongoing journey to push the boundaries of beef.
Our On Tap Varieties are what we've established as our foundation combinations. We always have these growing on the farm and almost always have them in stock. They are high quality, high flavor, tender combinations
that are always enjoyed. They are dry aged for a minimum of two weeks, Live Aged for a minimum of 22 months, spend their entire lives on pasture, and are free from anything you don't want in your beef. The breeds are
