A rare find and one of our all-time favorites, the Whole New York Strip Loin delivers rich marbling, bold beef flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness from end to end. Cut it into thick steaks or roast it whole for a show-stopping centerpiece. We don’t cut these often, so if you see one in stock, grab it while you can.

Dry-aged for two weeks, vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen for optimal freshness.
