Packed with marrow, collagen, connective tissue, and a touch of meat, Beef Knuckle Bones are built for long simmers and next-level stocks, stews, and bone broth. The flavor and silky texture they bring? Unreal. Our knuckle bones come from one of our on-tap varieties.
Each pack weighs ~2 lbs, flash frozen and partially vacuum sealed. Some air or ice is normal. Bones are sharp, but the quality holds strong.
