Fat Trimmings

Our Beef Fat Trimmings are perfect for rendering into rich tallow or using as a high-smoke-point cooking fat. Hard to find and often discarded, this is the good stuff cut into chunks and ready for your skillet or slow cooker.

The golden color comes from our pasture-raised cattle’s beta carotene-rich diet, a visual stamp of quality you won’t find in grocery store beef.

Packed in ~2 lb vacuum-sealed bags, flash frozen for peak freshness. Small meat bits included (bonus flavor).
