Cross Cut Bones
Our Beef Bones come mostly from the legs, so they're big, marrow-rich, and perfect for stock, soup, stews, or roasting for silky, nutrient-packed marrow. Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and collagen, they add depth and nutrition to anything you toss 'em in.
Available in ~2 lb or ~5 lb packs, partially vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen for freshness. A little air or ice? Totally normal. Bones are tough on packaging, but the flavor’s untouched.
