• 3 NY Strip Steaks (one steak from each breed)

Included Varieties:

• American Wagyu (Grain Finished): 50/50 Wagyu-Angus cross, pasture raised & locally grain finished. Rich, buttery, and marbled to the moon (MBS 9+).

• South Poll (100% Grass-Fed and Finished): Rare, mellow, and tender. Finished on diverse pasture for 28+ months. Our specialty.

• Angus Cross (Grass + Grain Finished): Balanced, buttery flavor with solid marbling and smooth texture from pasture raised animals. 

All steaks and roasts are individually packaged, dry-aged for two weeks, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen.
