Bulk Pork Shares - Whole, Half, and Quarter Shares
Our bulk pork shares are the best way to stock up on premium, pasture-raised pork at the lowest price per pound. No hanging weights, no surprise bills, just a flat rate for a set amount of hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen Hi Bräu pork.
Choose your share:
Quarter Pig – ~30 lbs
Half Pig – ~60 lbs
Whole Pig – ~120 lbs
Each share includes:A balanced mix of chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, and sausage. We package our cuts in the same percentage that we get back from the animal, so that you get an honest share of everything from chops to sausage. Cleanly butchered and ready for the pan, smoker, or oven.
No extra processing fees. No butcher trips. No solving the cut sheets because we've already done it for you. And if it’s listed as in stock, it’s ready in a week or less. We’ll even ship it to your front door.
Important note: Some farms price bulk pork by hanging weight (what the pig weighs after organs are removed, before trimming). That number looks cheaper, but you only take home about half of it. We don’t play that game. Our prices are based on packaged weight—the actual pork going in your freezer. What you see (and what you pay for) is what you eat. Don't pay for parts you won't ever see!
So what do you get in a share? There's no way to tell exactly what will come from a pig, but here's an estimate:

Wondering about a 1/4 share? Just cut everything above in half. A Whole share is double everything above. Again, these are just estimates and there will be variations in what you actually receive. That's just the nature of animals.
Need a freezer check?Plan on 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 25 lbs of pork. So:
Quarter = ~1.5 cu. ft.
Half = ~3 cu. ft.
Whole = ~6 cu. ft.
