Our Beef Boxes are packed with a balanced mix of cuts, just like they come off the animal. It’s an economical way to stock your freezer and be ready for whatever’s on the menu—steaks, roasts, ground, or quick-cook meals.

The 12 Pack (~12 lbs / ~48 portions)*

• 1 Sirloin Steak

• 2 Butcher’s Reserve Steaks (Picanha, Denver, Chuckeye, etc.)

• 1 Roast

• 5 lbs Ground Beef

• 2 Stew Beef Packs

• 1 Beef Kabob Cubes or Cubed Steak Pack

The 24 Pack (~24 lbs / ~96 portions)*

• 1 Sirloin Steak

• 1 NY Strip Steak

• 3 Butcher’s Reserve Steaks (Picanha, Denver, Chuckeye, etc.)

• 2 Roasts

• 1 Beef Rib Section

• 9 lbs Ground Beef

• 2 Stew Beef Packs

• 1 Fajita Meat Pack

• 1 Cubed Steak or Kabob Cubes Pack

All steaks and roasts are individually packed, vacuum-sealed, and dry-aged for at least two weeks. Flash frozen for freshness. Convenient one-pound packs for Ground Beef, Kabobs, Cubes, Fajita Meat, Stew, and Cubed Steak.
