Stew Beef
Our Stew Beef is made from trimmed tips and odds of premium cuts, like Tenderloin, Flat Iron, and Tri Tip. It's perfectly good meat that just didn’t fit the mold. Instead of grinding it, we cube it into ~1" pieces and save it for something better.
Great in stews, sure... but also ideal for quick, hearty meals when you need high-quality beef, fast.
Dry-aged for two weeks, hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed in convenient 1–2 lb sizes. No breed selection, either of our on-tap varieties (ANG Grain or SP Grass).
