Cut from the hind quarter, the Sirloin Tip is our leanest roast. Boneless, flavorful, and built for slow cooking, braising, or slicing thin for next-level sandwiches. (It’s what deli roast beef wishes it could be.)
Dry-aged for at least two weeks, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen to lock in freshness.
