This box contains a mix of all sorts of beef in proportions similar to how it's harvested from the animal. It's like buying a whole cow without the necessary freezer space or invesement. This is an economical way to get a large selection to stock the freezer and be ready for any meal. Please note that all sizes may not be available depending on beef supply.

Kabobs, Fajita Meat, Quick Cook Beef Cubes, Cubed Steak, and Ground Beef come in one pound packs. All steaks and roasts are individually packed and vacuum sealed. All meat is dry aged for a minimum of two weeks, packaged, then flash frozen to preserve freshness.

Where most farms tell you that "our breed is the best breed", we know that there are unique characteristics for each breed that appeal to different people. Our farm is unique in that we don't just pick one breed; we welcome all of them! We love to experiment with different breed combinations and offer the results to our fellow beef connoisseurs.
