Our Beef Bones typically come from the legs of the cow, where the bones are large and full of delicious marrow. These bones are cross cut as though you were sawing a log into sections. 


Bone marrow is high in vitaimins, minerals, and collagen. These can be stood on end and roasted to make rich and silky marrow, or added to soups, stews, and stocks for a huge bump in flavor and nutrition. 


Our bones are sold in packages typically weighing around two pounds, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen for optimal freshness.
