Also called the Tenderloin or the Filet, the Filet Mignon Steak is considered to be the most tender cut of beef. It has light, delicate marbling and mild flavor. It's the perfect steak for a date night or celebration. Don't worry about a steak knife; you won't need it with this cut.


After two weeks minimum dry aging, these are vacuum sealed before flash freezing for optimal freshness. They are packaged one or two per pack, but typically two.
