Beef Short Ribs are meaty, well marbled, chock full of flavor, and hard to stop eating. A long, low, slow cook renders the extra fat and connective tissue to provide a succulent feast with top notch flavor. This is probably our most requested cut from slow cooker aficianados. 


Our BBQ Style Short Ribs are small and pre cut. They can be smoked for individual servings or are great in slow cooker recipes. These are great when you're not looking for the long cook of our larger ribs. They are usually about 2-3" wide and 3-4" long. They are dry aged for a minimum of two weeks, then packaged with one section per pack, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen for optimal freshness.
