SHIPPING POLICY

Hi Bräu Beef ships premium pasture-raised beef directly from our family farm in Newberry, South Carolina.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders placed by Monday at noon (EST) typically ship on Tuesday and arrive by the end of the week. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following week.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping.

• Orders under $199 incur a flat $25 shipping fee.

• A minimum order of $99 is required for shipped orders to ensure products remain properly chilled during transit.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to regions accessible via two-day ground transportation. Availability may vary depending on carrier service areas and weather conditions.

PACKAGING & PRODUCT SAFETY

All beef is vacuum sealed, flash frozen, and shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain freshness during transit.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers may select local pickup during checkout. Pickup orders are available at our Newberry, SC farm location on Tuesdays from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or unsafe for consumption, please contact us immediately at crafted@hibraubeef.com and include:

• Photos of the product

• Packaging photos

• Shipping label photos

If your beef arrives cold to the touch, it is generally considered safe to consume. If it arrives warm, we will work with you to make it right.

Hi Bräu Beef reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
