Flanken Ribs (Korean Beef Ribs)
Our Flanken Ribs are sliced across the bone into ¼–½ inch slabs, fast to cook, rich in marbling, and full of that bold rib flavor. Less than 1% of the beef raised in the US has this level of marbling.
Great for grilling, hot pot, or a lightning-fast sear. Tongs or chopsticks? Dealer’s choice. This is the cut used in traditional Korean cooking.
Dry aged for at least two weeks, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to stay fresh ’til go time.
