A butcher’s cut you rarely see, our Denver Roast comes from the chuck, where marbling runs deep and flavor runs even deeper. Usually kept for steaks, this rare roast delivers big, beefy richness and tenderness that shines with a hot sear or slow roast.
We only ended up with two of these grass-fed, grain-finished Angus Denver Roasts in the freezer, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.
