Canoe Cut Bones
If you’ve never had roasted beef marrow, you’re in for a rich, beefy treat. We slice femur bones lengthwise to expose the marrow, leaving you with a canoe-shaped cut ready for roasting, spreading, or spooning straight in.
Packed with flavor, collagen, and nutrients, marrow is a rising star in the U.S. and for good reason. Our go-to? Roasted, served on crusty bread with olive oil, vinegar, and parsley.
Each pack includes two bone sections (one bone, split), vacuum sealed and flash frozen. Some air or ice is normal as bones are sharp, but the flavor's intact.
