Our bulk beef options are the best value we offer for folks who want premium craft beef at the lowest price per pound. No guessing games, no hanging weights, no surprise bills. Just a flat rate for a set amount of dry-aged, vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen Hi Brau beef.

 

Choose your cut:

  • 1/8 Beef – ~50 lbs

  • 1/4 Beef – ~100 lbs

  • 1/2 Beef – ~200 lbs

  • Whole Beef – ~400 lbs

 

Each share includes:

  • ~25% Steaks (~12–100 lbs, depending on size)

  • ~25% Roasts, Ribs, & Pre-Sliced Cuts

  • ~50% Ground Beef

 

If you're looking for something in particular, like Brisket or Dino Ribs, give us a shout and we'll do our best to accommodate requests.

 

No extra processing fees. No trips to the butcher. And if it’s listed as in stock, it’s ready in a week or less. We'll even ship it to your front door.

 

Important note:
Many farms price by hanging weight (what the cow weighs after skinning, but before trimming). That number looks cheap, but you only get about half of it in usable beef. We don’t play that game. Our prices are based on packaged weight, the actual amount of beef going into your freezer. What you see is what you eat.

 

Need a freezer check?
Plan on 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 25 lbs of beef. So:

  • 1/8 = ~2 cu. ft.

  • 1/4 = ~4 cu. ft.

  • 1/2 = ~8 cu. ft.

  • Whole = ~16 cu. ft.

 

Local pickup? Take 15% off.

 

So what does that actually get you? We never know what sizes or how many of particular cuts we will get back on a particular animal, so these are all very rough estimates. It is guaranteed that what you actually get will be a little different, but here's an idea of what comes in a share:

 

1/4 Share (~50 lbs)

50 lbs Ground Beef (1-lb packs)

STEAKS

4 Ribeyes (~1.2 lbs each)

4 Sirloin Steaks (~1.4 lbs each)

4 Filet Mignons (~0.6 lbs each)

6 NY Strip Steaks (~0.6 lbs each)

6 Picanha Steaks (~0.6 lbs each)

4 Chuckeye Steaks (~0.9 lbs each)

8 Denver Steaks (~0.6 lbs each)

1 Flat Iron (~1.0 lb)

1 Skirt Steak (~1.4 lbs)

Maybe a specialty cut —  Flank Steak (~1.2 lbs), Oyster (~.5 lbs), etc.

ROASTS

~20 lbs of roasts, selected from: Chuck Roast (~2.4 lbs), Arm Roast (~2.2 lbs), Sirloin Tip Roast (~2.5 lbs)

Tri-Tip Roast (~2.1 lbs) or Petite Tender, maybe both

2 Single Dino Ribs —  (~1.7 lbs each)

2 Bone-In Short Ribs (~2.9 lbs each)

QUICK CUTS

4 lbs (a mix of Fajita Strips, Stew Beef, and Kabob Cubes, etc.)

 

For an 1/8 share, take half of everything above. For a 1/2 share, double everything above. For a whole share, quadruple everything above.

 

We only offer customizations on 1/2 and whole shares, and it will delay delivery time.
