Beef Kabobs
Lean, bold, and built for the grill, our Beef Kabobs are cut from the Round, offering great flavor with a quick sear to medium rare. Each piece is cut into approx. 2-inch cubes and ready to skewer, no prep required.
Keep the cook short and hot for the best bite. Want to kick it up a notch? Pair with a Picanha steak on the same skewer.
Dry-aged for at least two weeks, vacuum sealed in 1 lb packs, and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
