Beef Kabobs
Lean, bold, and built for the grill, our Beef Kabobs are cut from the Round, offering great flavor with a quick sear to medium rare. Each piece is cut into approx. 2-inch cubes and ready to skewer, no prep required.
Keep the cook short and hot for the best bite. Because these come from the Round, they can be tough, so we recommend a slow cook or a tenderizer. Want to kick it up a notch? Pair with a Picanha steak on the same skewer.
Dry-aged for at least two weeks, vacuum sealed in 1 lb packs, and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
