Beef Oxtail
Oxtail is packed with collagen and gelatin-rich meat that turns meltingly tender when braised. It's a global favorite for soups, stews, and any dish that needs deep, beefy flavor and velvety texture.
Each pack is ~2–3 lbs, partially vacuum sealed and flash frozen for peak freshness. Some air or ice? Totally normal. Bones are rough on packaging, but the quality holds strong.
