Chuck Roast
Chuck Roast boasts the most marbling of any roast, along with rich connective tissue that melts into a bold, beefy flavor. A little tougher than Sirloin Tip, but way more indulgent.
Perfect for low-and-slow in the crock pot, smoker, or Dutch oven. We keep these as whole as possible, which means most come with a hearty, flavor-packed bone.
Dry aged for at least two weeks, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to lock in the good stuff.
