Beef Heart is just another muscle, one that tastes surprisingly like steak, but at a fraction of the price. If we served it to you and said it was steak… well, you’d probably believe us. (Not that we’d ever do that.)

Did we mention that it's a nutrition powerhouse? High in protein, B vitamins, and Iron, yet low in fat. It's also one of the highest natural sources of CoQ10. Cost per pound, it's the least expensive super food out there.
