Beef Heart is just another muscle—one that tastes surprisingly like steak, but at a fraction of the price. If we served it to you and said it was steak… well, you’d probably believe us. (Not that we’d ever do that.)

There’s only one per cow, which makes it rare, but once you try it, you’ll be back for more.
