Here in SC, this is the cut where our signature pulled pork typically comes from. We won't judge you based on which sauce you choose.

 

Vacuum sealed and flash frozen for ultimate freshness. These are either left whole, which will usually weigh over 10 lbs, or halves, which will usually weigh 4 - 7 lbs.
