"Butcher's Cut Steaks", as they're often called, is a bit of a misnomer. If you search for Butcher's Cut Steaks, you'll likely find that every rare cut of steak has been labeled the "Butcher's Cut" at one time or another. This comes from the tale that the unusual, but delicious, cuts were often kept by the butchers themselves because they knew about the rare treat while your typical customer didn't.
 
The truth is that there is a whole family of "Butcher's Cuts", and we offer many of them in one convenient Sampler. 
 
These cuts are great if you're ready to try something besides the standard restuarant cuts. Even better, they're economically priced.
 
The "Butcher's Cut Steak" Flight contains one of each of the following Steaks:

All steaks are individually wrapped single steaks. All beef is dry aged for a minimum of two weeks, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to preserve freshness.
