Ok, ok, don't knock it until you try it. Tender, extremely well marbled, and rare due to a cow only having one tongue, Beef Tongue is popular around the world. The most popular use is probably Mexican lengua tacos, though it's quite popular in Japanese cuisine as well. 
 
Our Beef Tongues are sold whole and individually packaged, partially vacuum sealed, and flash frozen for optimal freshness. They typically weigh around three to five lbs. Because they are not fully vacuum sealed, they will often have some ice crystals in the packaging.
