Beef Oxtail contains gelatin rich meat and is high in collagen. It requires a low and slow cook to help break down the connective tissues, but is wonderful for flavor and texture in soups and stews and is very popular around the world. The meat mixed amongst the connective tissue is quite tender. 


Our Beef Oxtail is vacuum sealed in approximately two to three pound packages and flash frozen for optimal freshness.
