Our Beef Fajita Strips may make the perfect fajitas, but they're also great in so many other dishes such as stir frys or stews. Sliced thin by our butchers, they cook very quickly, requiring little more than a high heat sear. They are around 4" long and cut with convenience in mind. 


These are cut from the Round muscle, which provides a uniform pice with very little extra fat. Because they're so lean, we actually have had customers use this to make pre sliced beef jerky!


Beef Fajita Strips are conveniently packaged in one pound packs after dry aging for a minimum of two weeks. They are vacuum sealed and flash frozen for optimal freshness.
