Special Release: Aged to Perfection

Our first limited release is 40-month-old, "aged on the hoof," Angus steers that were finished 100% on grass - ryegrass, crimson clover, hairy vetch, forbs, and native pasture species. The extra time allows them to develop a more robust flavor and additional marbling, as well as a denser (not tougher) texture. Not to mention these steaks are HUGE. It's a unique eating experience as you'll never find a variety like this in a grocery store or butcher shop.


Like all of our beef, this crafted beef is hormone and antibiotic-free, pasture-raised, humanely treated, and dry-aged for two weeks.
